5 /5 Jason Insdorf: Setup a heloc with Anthony. I knew nothing about chrome credit union. I found them using an AI search. So glad I did. Their terms were better than everyone else’s and Anthony made the process a breeze. And the branch is really personable and cozy as is Anthony. And wow the picture on his desk of that king salmon he caught. I was jealous of that. Very minimal paperwork involved and most importantly a personalized experience. Even though the branch is a bit far from my residence I am seriously considering taking my money out of pnc and giving it all to chrome. They have atm reimbursement and Zelle so I really don’t need a branch near me. Definitely recommend this bank for anyone looking for a personalized friendly experience

5 /5 Christy Gray: I have been with Chrome for over 20 years and the customer service has always been outstanding. The employees are always friendly, helpful and always go above and beyond. They are quick to respond if they think your account is compromised and making the safety process easy and stress-free. Amanda Sprout is amazing! She took the time to discuss our banking needs and even future needs. I would give 10 stars of I could.

1 /5 Sha Rae: I see they deleted my review on an unresolved matter about the branch manager lying about how he treated me on cameras. The branch manager refused to take my loan application and violated my rights and they deleted my review and they sent me a bs letter of agreeing the manager was basically right to lie and to treat me in such a manner infront of customers. I am even angrier that they can delete my review to cover it up their messy situation. You guys are a credit union I am the member who you mistreated and judged and you couldn’t even give me a proper apology on what happened I am still not satisfied for wrongfully treated as if I did not belong to your credit union. I will voice my truth every time you delete my review. I had a bad experience and you still don’t care still rejected me unfortunately I have a car payment so I have to deal with you until it’s over and every time I set foot in your building my presence will be known and I was being respectful even though I was mistreated and it took a lot because I am black I have to stay calm so you are welcome I didn’t get disrespectful with your staff because it could of went the wrong way I allowed that man to get in my face and yell at me and I kindly walked away to report the incident and I just felt another slap in the face because I have not once got an apology on how I was treated what are we in the early 1900s ? The fact you closed your branches for Juneteenth is unbelievable why not stay open and continue your day because here black folks do not matter. I hate to question your staff but I never see a black woman or man working here. This credit union is undeserving of anyone money not if they do not practice equality and kindness. Credit union are supposed to serve the people in the community and this is a fail a big fail I am still unhappy. If anyone want a better credit union go to Clearview or if your looking for a bank try PNC they did a lot for me and for my business and Clearview as well these bank will take a crap on Chromes money market rates any day nearly 5% is what I have for my business money market no monthly fees, anything is better than chromes .15%.

Its great to talk with someone who can guide you thru the process and provide sensible advice on what could be the best option for you. Very good customer service and you leave with a good feeling that you made the right choice.
