1 /5 Cosette Corcoran: I would definitely avoid using this credit union for your banking needs. I was a member here for 19 years and ended up closing my account because they charged me an overdraft fee for overdrawing my account by $3. Yes, $3 lol. Even the BANK (not credit union) I use for my normal banking allows a $5 cushion before charging the customer an overdraft fee. I explained to the teller that I moved the majority of my banking to a different bank after they started charging $5 for online access (which is absolutely ridiculous, dont even get me started on that), and he proceeds to argue with me, telling me that online banking isnt a necessity. I ended up closing my account, they made no attempt to keep me as a member. Credit unions are supposed to be more customer oriented than banks, but this is clearly not the case here. There are far better options for credit unions, and even banks, to use than this.

1 /5 Paul Walsh: No longer open on Saturdays. Wasnt getting many of my statements as they being held in W-B and was being charged fees for it w/o any knowledge of it. Now my debit card hasnt worked in a year and a half after multiple attempts to resolve the issue and they started charging me fees for a dormant account.

1 /5 Linda Gullotto: One of the worst places I have ever dealt with I made a HUGE mistake switching to this place from my bank The customer service is horrible You cant get any answers from anyone Paying bills on bill pay They are sending checks Ask them why I get no answer BEWARE
