I contacted Tom for guidance about my mother’s life insurance needs as she approaches retirement. During our fruitful conversation, he provided me with a wealth of information and insight about life insurance and her potential options. Despite the fact that I needed to provide more concrete information, Tom was extremely polite and forthcoming with his support. So much so, that I mentioned wanting new car insurance.
