1 /5 Nunnaya Business: Initially service was great, until we had a problem. Been having less than 150kbps speeds consistently, when it DOES work, for the last 5-6 months . If there is any amount of wind, rain, a storm, or cloudy weather, we have no internet. Paying $60 a month for $15 worth of service and support. The "tech" guy they send is not professional, does NOT like doing his job, and is unpleasant to deal with. Every time he "fixes" the service, it last about 15-20 minutes, then is right back where it was. The customer support people are kind, and at least polite, but are about as effective as the techie. If having functional, reliable internet is your focus, avoid this company at all cost.
