Melissa Davis I arrived at the office at 2:40 pm to be able to pay an occupancy application, and I needed the tax information, one of the ladies was very rude to me and did not want to assist me, she told another lady to help me. and she gave me the information in a hurry, they told me that the offices close on Fridays at 3pm, but on the entrance door and on the website it says that it closes at 4pm, I think they should better train people that provide customer service.

They have always gone above and beyond in their help and caring for their members. The lesson that I have learned, is too treat people the way that you would want to be treated.
