1 /5 K: I genuinely didn’t know it was possible to hate a bank so much. First you have to go through a call center full of people who cannot even help you to begin with, so you get to be transferred to 20 different people before someone can actually help you. Plus whenever I call they are so rude and have no customer service skills. This bank also doesn’t let you pay your loan through an account that isn’t theirs, which I’ve never heard of before and all other bank accounts I have do not require this. The way they do things is completely backwards. I can’t wait until I can take my loan elsewhere because dealing with UFCW is exhausting.
