1 /5 Michael Roman: Dont bother calling. They will NEVER answer the phone. They also got rid of the live agent chat option and tell you to call instead because they say they "hired lots more agents to answer calls," but the phone number doesnt work, and the line is always set to busy. So youre on your own. They do not respond. They will gladly take your tax money, but refuse to help you when you need it most.
1 /5 Mick Snyder: Finally got through on the phone line after days of trying, explained the trouble Ive had with filing and that I was confused about the process and the employee spoke super fast about forms and processes that I cant see on my dashboard. When I had to ask them to explain everything slowly so I could take notes they were condescending. I could hear that they were annoyed with me for not knowing what Im doing. Do better PA.
1 /5 Kathleen Messenger: I received a determination in mail, and it says if you have any questions call immediately because appeal needs to be filed within time period. I have been calling for 4 hours since they opened and all you get is busy signal. The information in my determination doesnt even match my case. By the way it took over 8 months to get this. Ive been waiting since August 2nd. I understand you are overwhelmed but how would you like to wait for 8 months, and then get a determination that doesnt even match what happened in my case. I cant even get through to talk to anyone about it! If I file the appeal how much longer will
I be required to wait?
1 /5 Valery Veritas: I would mark ) starts if possible. I filed my UC claim in ...JUne 2022. "Disqualified" in October. No mails... just email on their site with instructions what to do to prove eligibility. Failed due to was EMPLOYED already in two months. Two appeals, two hearings with referee order to vacant their order for disqualification. Working at Jefferson Very busy. No able to sit a call from 8-4. Phone number is FAKE ? We all working and our taxes paying government employees, who apparently not to much interested to do their job. Time to change government?!
