1 /5 Halez: The app is awful and the website is just as bad when trying to use it on a phone. Both feel outdated and inconvenient. Other banks have far better options and technology, so I’m seriously considering switching. Just makes paying your bills or banking with them difficult.

1 /5 Andrea: I have been with this bank for over ten years. It’s unfortunate I will have to go through starting a new bank with people that actually have customer service and can help you answer a question other than that is what their system is telling them. I pay my cellphone every month on the app. I bill is almost $200 . I go on the app to try and make a separate purchase less than $100 my card is declined. Call and she tells me that the system is telling her that app doesn’t accept vise. Okay but every month I pay right on the same app for more than that. Can someone explain to me if you can’t. Puts me on hold without even saying she was. Comes back with a big attitude like I am bothering her.

1 /5 Christine G: problem with some small town banks is,their system is still in the 70s. i.e their mobile banking app is so cheap looking, its confusing to use. if youre not careful, you could get an overdraw not even knowing. So I do not like United Fed Credit Union.Every person that will ask me to United I would not recommend.
