Melissa Davis I arrived at the office at 2:40 pm to be able to pay an occupancy application, and I needed the tax information, one of the ladies was very rude to me and did not want to assist me, she told another lady to help me. and she gave me the information in a hurry, they told me that the offices close on Fridays at 3pm, but on the entrance door and on the website it says that it closes at 4pm, I think they should better train people that provide customer service.

Janice A One of the worst places to try to speak to anyone. Can not leave voice-mails and never get a call back. I asked to sent me a new renewal packet which I never received. Now to find out I no longer have insurance.

Vivian Oaks Keeping track of our financials with Brian. He makes sure were doing ok and encourages us in keeping our money safe and growing. Brian is a great guy - so nice to work with someone we can trust to keep us comfortable in our retirement.

J Percy Tom and Gary are great. I’ve known them for quite a while and I don’t know the other ones there but I’ve never had an issue with anyone there.
