1 /5 Meeka: Ms Maudalyn is the best manager ever. It’s the other workers who bring down the performance of this company. They also spend too much time conversing with customers after they have completed their transactions making other customers wait in line.

1 /5 Stafan Moore: MOST HORRIBLE BANK EVER!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO PROTECT YOUR FUNDS.. They literally deposited 10k into someone else bank account and I don’t know how that happen when I came into the branch in Chester pa…they lack customer service skills,money skills,they overall horrible for messing up with people money , they just to ghetto and not understanding please bank somewhere else or else your money would go elsewhere and taking forever for them to return your OWN MONEY

1 /5 Marc Green: Yeah Id give this branch of TD bank 0 stars if I could. When there is more than one person behind the counter, you should be able to help more than one person at a time. Try not talking to your friends after they are done with their transaction. There are OTHER people that would like to complete their transactions too. If this was the only TD bank in my area Id close my accounts and go ANYWHERE else but here. The Chester branch is the WORST Ive EVER come across. I will from now on, go miles out of my way just so i dont have to deal with their staff. The manager is the only GOOD thing about this branch. EVERY TIME I go to this back there is 2 to 3 people in line, including me and Im there for 20 or more minutes. THAT IS NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL OR BY ANY MEANS. Yeah thats right I said it! Someone had to.

1 /5 DP the Truth: Horrible customer service. The lady African American manager is very rude and did not show good customer service at all. They promised me a rate they did not give me and on top of that didn’t make it better. Please revamp this place because there is many reasons why the rating is so low TD bank

1 /5 Mr. 1975: My gripe is with calling to check your account balance and you have to wait over 20 minutes. That’s ridiculous!! I tried the online banking app but that was trash. Really thinking about closing my accounts and start banking somewhere else, because I like to keep track of my accounts. The associates at this branch is always courteous maybe a little slow because of being under staffed, but it’s not there fault. Otherwise I’ve never had any issues with the staff.
