3 /5 Eric Latshaw: I needed new front axles installad/replaced because of i am guessing wear and tear from previous owner. The passenger side of the exhaust had a leak that needed repaired also. It was also being inspected. It ended up being a 2 day job. Completely understandable. Because it needed to stay overnight i asked that the oil be changed and tires rotated. Those 2 things were not done. And after i picked it up late the 2nd day the new sticker was not put in place. I asked before i took it and was told it was changed. I did not discover the old sticker was still in place untill i was almost home. So i had to drive back. But anyway, thank you for fixing it up for me under warrenty. I am happy i purchased the extended warrenty.

5 /5 Linda Exford: Problem was diagnosed accurately and repaired correctly. Staff was very courteous and professional. A comfortable wait area was available as was a shuttle to and from my home once it was decided that this repair would take approximately 5 hours. Wonderful service!

1 /5 Brian Adams: Bought a truck from the dealership, the truck is great BUT! DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT THEY OFFER VIA Horizon Portfolio Protection (see photo) . The contract has a HUGE list of items they do not cover, which is basically the entire vehicle and mechanical issues. I assume that the dealership is getting some kickback for selling this insurance because all of your claims will be denied because they will claim that it is a pre existing issue. (See photo) Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR THIS!!!

5 /5 Ian Hopkins: The Shultz dealership made my part simple as they picked my car up while I was at work, changed the oil, rotated the tires, and checked the fluids, and then returned the car to the parking lot. I highly recommend their service.
