Dale went above and beyond in providing me a solution that saved my livelihood, career, and finances. He clearly cares about his customers. He also made me a new, loyal PNC customer in perpetuity!

Steve Gittens So I drive truck all night and dont get alot of time to get to do things that need doing in life. I called this branch and asked if I can bring my daughter in to open a checking account at 1055 am now I realize they close at noon but we live 5 minutes away. And I know it dosnt take all day to do this.. I believe the teller I spoke with was marylin or something along those lines replied that I needed an appointment and that matt sets up accounts was booked today... I see now why wells fargo is closing so many branches..this is also why we are switching all of our accounts to ally bank. Sorry for the inconvenience....
