2 /5 Rachel Doney: I give this bank two stars. Grant it what I am about to say, some may say I should know better but I have never encountered a bank who tells me they cant fix the fact that I keep getting overdraft charges of $15 & $36 depending on how much the charge is. Yes I check my account. Frequently. I dont intentionally overspend. Who enjoys getting fees, NO ONE. Why would anyone in this economy want to be charged numerous overdraft fees, its a scam and this bank makes a lot of money off its patrons. Its sickening. Its not worth it. I lost over $120 in overdraft fees in the past 24hrs. My previous bank, it was one time fee of $36 if it went negative which happened twice in two years(my own fault). Less than 3months with this bank I am pretty sure I am nearing on $300 in overdraft fees. Its ridiculous and insane. If you want to bank here, be prepared to be scammed and go broke.
