John Opachinski Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! I cannot give enough thanks to the Team at Wilkes-Barre Spring Street location!! My wife and I were the victims of Scammers from a Web-site selling Eyeglasses. The Scammers hacked our PayPal account. The entire Spring Street staff was ultra helpful, reassuring, accommodating and willing to help us navigate next steps. We stated out with Yaritza who was great, then to Amber. Amber knew exactly what to do, and who to contact. We cannot express how comforting and gracious Amber was!! She exceeded our needs, and did everything in her power right from her station. She cancelled account, got us new Debit Cards, set up a new Checking Account, so on and so forth. What Amber could not complete in her scope, she contacted their backline team, and then brought the Branch Manager Gylaine into the loop. Gylaine took the time out of her busy afternoon to assist and answer any of our concerns. Glyaine even called us back at the end of day with a detailed update. In the days leading up to our visit to CVFCU were upsetting and tumultuous for my wife and I. In leaving CVFCU we both felt as though the weight of the word was lifted off us. That was directly due to Amber, Yaritza and Gylaine. If you are not a member, let this review serve as a heads up on what you can expect from CVFCU - join!!!!!! Evolution Powersports Our dealership deals with this branch and we having nothing but great things to say about them! We have dealt with other branches but this one is by far the best we have ever dealt with! We deal primarily with Becky and she is great. She is super responsive and quick and goes above and beyond for all of our customers, cant thank Becky and this branch enough for all of their hard work over the past year and a half!

David Ziccardi This is not a bank, folks. So don’t expect cash transactions. Sheesh. I visit this office at least once a month to deposit money using CHECKS. Transactions are always handled quickly and accurately. I have several accounts. My advisor at this particular office has always taken the time to explain various options to me and complete purchases quickly. If you are upset about losing money, perhaps you should consider lower risk investments.

Donna Gority I attended the Unitarian Universalists Blair County Fellowship meeting in the Edith Davis Eve Chapel. The campus and the chapel are beautiful!
