1 /5 Jon Doe: I had similar problems to Bobby. I had my taxes done and I had a return problem and they dont want to help me. They told me to call the government and figure things out on my own. If I wanted help then its going to be more money because they are busy and there time is very valuable (I guess mine isnt). If they did the return and the government contests it, shouldnt it be there mistake to fix? Id be better off going my own taxes since they offer no assistance if you have an issue. Turbo tax offers help now and its only like $50 or even free and I paid nearly $400. I wont be returning obviously. This just shows how is not about service but about extracting dollars from people. Stay away, youve been warned ⚠️ its a cash grab.

1 /5 Bobby Lee: Went in after tax season to do an amended return. I had a lot of questions and was told Keith would call me later that day and my return would be completed in 5 days. I called everyday to talk to him and it was excuse after excuse and he will call you later and never did. Front desk people couldn’t answer questions either. On the fifth day I called to see if my return was done and was told give them another 3-5 days. Called back on the fifth day for them to say it would be the following week. Pathetic and unprofessional. When I asked if he would ever call me after 10 days I was told he has more clients than you. Very poor business it’s a sad day when H&R Block gets my business over a local.
