1 /5 Thomas Thurby: Debit card gets locked to often and very poor customer service.

3 /5 desertmonsoon1: Customer of this bank for 25 years. They are a descent bank. However, consistently are a nightmare to obtain a new bank card from or withdraw larger sums of money. I often need new cards as they wear quickly. Checks are very expensive.

1 /5 Sherman Core: My mom has a bank account with this bank and I do not. The would not cash my moms check from her own bank that was made out for me. I was told to come back on Monday and would have to open a bank account with them first that would be 50 bucks. They wouldn’t do it for then because they were closing in 10 minutes. They were very unprofessional and just wanted to close. Very poor service and not being there for folks that have an emergency.

1 /5 Colleen Coddington: Money order, they charge $5, meanwhile other places less than $1. I attempted to cash a money order once, they hold it for a day. You pay cash to receive it, why do you have to wait a day for it to clear, even when you have that amount in your account! Frustrating

1 /5 Isaiah Glisan: Went in to check on my grandmothers accounts waited 25 minutes in line of 4 people line around the building for drive thru and it was a delivery day for money. I know it’s the first of the month and it’s always busy but staff accordingly? Very unprofessional for a bank. If you can’t manage a line or schedule how am I going to trust you to manage my money?
