Mike Submitted the renewal application for my grandmothers benefits 2 months ago, back on the first week of June, as of today, August 5, the application still has not been processed, the case worker, a Miss Gordon, calls once super early in the morning, asking to return her call, then proceeds to never answer despite calling 30+ times My grandmothers benefits were set to expire on July/31 and this is the same exact BS that happened last year as well where the case worker then never got around to processing it, and my grandmothers benefits ended up lapsing for an entire month

Cynthia Johnson The packaging that this company uses for its concentrates is absolutely horrendous for a disabled person like myself. I struggle for 15 minutes trying to open these jars every time I need to medicate. Im done buying this poor excuse for a medication. This company gives no care about its patients. Pathetic. My hands are cramped and aching now from trying to take my medicine. Ive had enough of this. Im NEVER purchasing another FRX product again, I dont care how cheap they are when on sale.

Their timely market knowledge is impressive and no doubt best in class. I have worked with a number of other advisors through the years but was never convinced my goals aligned.
