5 /5 Dodge Landesman: Excellent customer service. Came in to open a new account as Citibank closed my account and left me stranded. Dale went above and beyond in providing me a solution that saved my livelihood, career, and finances. He clearly cares about his customers. He also made me a new, loyal PNC customer in perpetuity!

1 /5 marissa mcclain: This bank was the worst with customer service. Barb one of the bankers completely messed up my account and credit. Barb did not take any notes on what she helped us with so the next banker working with us had no idea what she had done. I had initially came in to change my address, after moving I walked unto a different PNC where I moved too only to find out none of my addresses had been changed. My Fiance had applied for credit cards and signed up for an account. We were sent out with no information, no debit card, and no check up phone call on whether we were approved or not and I guess we will never know because they haven’t popped up on the account and we have moved away from the old address that she had never changed. Very upsetting because I have always liked PNC but Barb may have ruined that for me.

5 /5 Libby Miller: I needed to change my address and I don’t have a PNC account except for car loan. Acct number is xx’d out so I can’t do it online. I called Neshannock branch and the lady Em? Was wonderful! Ty!

1 /5 Abner Roberts V: Useless… I’ve been trying to open a new account for a week. I walked in and they weren’t able to accommodate me; which is “somewhat” understandable. So, I scheduled an appointment BUT sat in the lobby for 30 minutes unattended to; while someone who walked in after me was seen as soon as they walked in the door…AND there was a personal banker free at the time. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else for business. This place is an atm not a branch..

1 /5 Mary Surkamp: Waiting in line in the bank for over ten minutes while male teller chitchats with male customer. How many kids do you have? I bought a house up here two years ago. I will talk to anyone as long as they share my politics. (This is ALL the teller speaking!!). I finally left as two female tellers walked in and out apparently both at the drive through - only one lane open. NOT going to visit this branch again. Disgraceful!!
