1 /5 Autumn Boak-Burgess: Terrible they lost my taxes! Possibly gave the whole folder to someone else. They tried to tell me I picked it obviously I would have known if I did.

5 /5 Suzanne Bobosky: Ive been getting my taxes done for 22 years. The last 15 of them have been with New Castle Tax Services. I could not imagine dealing with any other tax prep business. Judy is always available and thorough. I have complete faith in this business and know that I will get my maximum refund.

1 /5 C D (Moon Rox): The most unprofessional service I have ever used. After Robin failed to finish my taxes by April 15th, I never received any form of communication to let me know that an extension had been filed. I filed one myself. Its now Sept 15th (the deadline for business taxes) and Ive been calling nonstop and no one will answer. I finally drove to the place and knocked on the door (the owner lives above the office) and asked if she had received my messages. She said she had, but SHE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. She didnt even know that Sept 15th is the deadline for my situation. She said the lady that was doing my taxes has been sick, but we are talking months and months with no communication and frankly, she didnt act like she cared very much. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I wasted my time and now Im scrambling to finish my taxes simply because they wont communicate.

1 /5 Ingrid Ullrich: Wow, this place is an absolute JOKE. Worst tax service, ever. Dont go to the Lady Judy, as she tried telling my father he owed hundreds of dollars. He paid her for her services anyway, 100.00, but did not sign or accept the outcome. Went to someone else and he got thousands of dollars back??? Unprofessional, lazy, unpleasant, and ignorant.

5 /5 Tourettes Guy: I used to fly model planes with Jimmy the founder of NC Tax Service when I was in my mid 20ies...just started going back there in 2018...dropped my taxes off today around 12:15pm..just picked them up...
