1 /5 John Phillips: So I went in after getting a call about Christmas money as Im already a customer. They couldnt help but offered to move my December payment, and I said OK. Thats something. They ask for a few documents. I provide them. And of course, this morning...December payment comes out. LOL!!!! Awful follow-up. Even worse to lie about doing something you had no intention of actually doing. At least Im in a position where Im not hurting over the payment, but dont talk the talk if you cant walk the walk.
