Bill Baughman Weve been a customer of this bank location for over 30 years now. Theres been numerous changes here over the years. But its still our go-to bank. I agree the bank is different than it was even 5 years ago, you dont get that welcome feeling in there you used to. I know theres not a demand for the psychical bank as much as before. But Ive been in PNC Bank (My Fathers Bank) due to his health condition. Long story short, I REALLY like my bank even the way it is over PNC any day...The poor customer service there and all of the extra charges they were applying to a fixed income elderly man. Shame on PNC Bank..

Cheryl King Franklin Center is a wonderful place to work with a great staff! A necessary clarification about fingerprinting services: IDENTIGO fingerprinting services and its staff are entites separate from the Franklin Center of Beaver County. IDENTIGO and fingerprinting staff are merely tenants housed in the building.

Beth Stephens Drive thru service is quick and the tellers are very nice.
