I had an account there for sixty years. I had most my money in the White Oak branch. I received respect, help, professional assistance, and advice with my banking and retirement. 1 /5 Pardoe Gerald (Jerry): Still cant get onto my online banking and just called the white oak branch and no answer, and not having a vehicle this is not what I expected for me to deal with.

1 /5 Rebecca Reichenbach: This branch has poor customer service and extremely long wait times. There are employees that are on their cell phones and who ignore the needs of customers as well. In addition there is not need to be servicing people in the drive through that have lengthy needs. I have had serveral bad experiences here and extremely long wait times inside the branch as well as in the drive through

1 /5 Gerald Slivka: I hate the fact that I must give 1 star to this place because they dont deserve it. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET.. There are probably a dozen IDIOTS that hang out there (work there) and Id bet my last dollar that they couldnt spell "employee" or count to 99 without help. The best is the slob welcoming everyone in, had me waiting 15 minutes while she finished her game of candy crush. If you need a laugh just stop by one afternoon, youve never seen anything like it on the planet..
