While good customer service is always expected, my experience today was beyond just exceptional customer service. The drive through was busy 6 cars or so in line but when it was my turn Brian greeted me with a great attitude and a smile that was radiating through his mask. He thanked me for my patience and informed me he’d be right with me. He was quick to process my transaction and sent me on my way with best wishes. While the interaction was quite short and through the drive through Brian left a lasting impression on great customer service and is certainly an asset to BB&T. Thanks again!

William Reed They call people unsolicited and if you look above, they are located in an apartment building - sketch as hell. If you need more proof - the number they projected to my caller ID was far from the one claimed. Scammers for sure.
