Eire Girl When you run a business, you count on your bank to offer assistance when its needed. At our previous bank, we didnt have that. At First National, we do. I just spoke with Dawn, the branch manager at our local branch and she not only answered my questions, she also proposed several options that would help our business assure we arent going to be scammed. Thats what I count on in a financial institution, taking an active role in keeping the customer safe. Im very happy that we switched banks and went with a branch that is local and recognizes the needs of their customers.

SSG Follow-up review. The Pgh office staff went out of their way to help me find the person and contact information I needed. Pgh office people were very friendly and told me to call back if I did not get results at the main office. When I did reach the person I needed she also was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Pgh staff!! Much appreciated! The main office where our account is handled is not giving us information we request. They arent even answering our emails.
