Chic McKnelly Working with Nicole is so easy. We have dealt with so many tax prep professionals over the years and she is by far the best. She is honest and trustworthy. She gives us the confidence and guidance to move through the tax process with ease. Any questions we have are answered quickly. She provides alternatives to preparing for the next tax year and reasons for doing each. She is very accessible (except this wacky year). I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an upgrade in their tax prep.

Whenever I have had to talk to the people in the office or had any questions on my insurance they were always helpful and very nice. I liked being able to stop in when they had their Honesdale office and talk to them as well. It is always nice to be able to put a face to a name and a voice on the phone.
