1 /5 Tyler Carl: Worst bank ever, always cancels my card, never can buy something without receiving a call telling me that my account has been canceled and when I am able to activate my account no one answers and Im stuck with out my card for the whole week until finally some one picks up and then tells me the account was closed because you purchased boots on ebay or water at sheets. My advise go to PNC bank

1 /5 Kaitlyn Zgurich: My card was hacked last week. I was told I could not get a new card for 10-12 business days (not sure who is okay with not having access to their money for 2 weeks. I went to the branch to have my card expedited and I have been talked in circles. I was guaranteed that my card would be here but I would have to sign for it. I waited at home all day for my card to come, after both of my mail and ups had dropped off I called to get an update and no one can give me answer. This bank is so unprofessional and unorganized. Would not recommend.
