1 /5 Tabitha P.: Right now I would prefer giving them no stars. I have had several issues with this particular branch. First, a few months after taking out my loan I called to request my draft date be changed. This seemed easy enough and they agreed. However, with no notice they have begun drafting my bank account on the old date which has caused massive problems for me. Second, I called and spoke with someone about a deferment. They were fantastic over the phone and I filled out the proper documents. EVEN with the documents they messed this up as well. The regular amount was drafted on the date that was previously changed. Do not use this branch! They are wonderful over the phone but do not follow through with the details.
