First National Bank - Sharon (PA)

1 /5 Jimmy G: This is not a customer friendly bank. Their banking services lag behind other banks in the country of equal size. Their electronic banking capabilities are minimal at best, and they do not touch the best of the industry. I use them because I have to not because they are the best.

1 /5 Marie: The assistant manager opened an account in my name, along with another person, without my presence or informing me about the type of account. She then allowed the account to be closed without my knowledge. Her actions were highly unethical and likely unlawful. This was an incredibly distressing experience, made worse by the branch’s unprofessional response when I raised my concerns. I would not recommend this bank if you expect transparency about account openings, the type of account you have, or if an account is closed without your knowledge or consent.
