1 /5 Robert Reichard: I am in the process of claiming an inherited IRA. Let me say, its been a difficult road. These folks make it rough. From non-functioning passwords, to un-returned phone calls to setting up an IRA account, (that I dont want).. And Im not yet finished. Through the passing of my mother and the associated estate settling process, these guys have been the most cumbersome...and not done yet!

4 /5 Daniel Neuspiel: Ive been a faithful client for many years for banking and investing. I suggest they increase limits for Zelle transfers, which are significantly lower than those of competitors. They limit daily transfers to $2500 and monthly to $5500. Their main banking competitors allow $3500 or more daily and up to $20,000 in monthly transfers.
Jackie Marie I have had to live on $75: a week , it took me literally from Dec 1 , 2023 to April ,2024 of me asking over and over for my money to replace my broken phone they do take out a fee of my money to mail me a check I do not get any statements of what I have each month . Thumbs up it was impossible to receive a call back from them leaving messages upon messages somehow I ended up not having anything saved through this whole time I have been trying to play catch up with groceries personal needs etc since day one until this day September 20 but recently here for the last couple months didnt call backs had been awesome usually the same day or the next day I will receive response get money has become so much easier I have been able to call them tell them what I need how much and they have sent the check out that day or if not by the next day so they have been more enjoyable and more easier to work with so I have to give them a higher. There are still a little something that need to be worked on getting statements each month for how much and where my money being spent how much is saved but I do have a lot less complaints towards them I hope they keep on improving and doing a better job . I do not give a statement saying where my money went what bills are paid what they keep up for me I have requested all months since and was expressed she couldnt I honestly think I have not proven yet I am in the process that money of mine is missing it doesnt add up right .
Jeff Click Geo Ken must be confused with how rating an office works. Tom has been my financial advisor for years. He walks me through the entire process of what is happening with my money and explains everything in detail so I can understand what Im doing. I now live in a different state, but Tom has been great to me, so I will be keeping my money with him and Edward Jones. Thanks Tom!

Kathleen Cox Not a long wait. Helpful staff and case workers. In a great location, has ample parking. They have documents on hand, they can help photo copy your important documents that you need to drop off and scan them in for you for your case worker. I am so happy that I dont have to drive to Norristown to have my needs met.
