1 /5 James Naylor: Be aware of this place. I understand that if you have no options this might be a good place. But the conversation I had was not good. Matt started ok and once he found out that I held the title to my car. He was like a vulture after prey. I said that I was not interested in that option but he kept after it. He went on to say that I would save on the interest. When I asked what the payment difference was. He then said it would not make that much of a difference. I thought this wasnt good. Why is he pushing this hard to get ahold of the title when the payment was only different by a few dollars The experience was not convincing nor professional. Definitely does not listen to the customers wants and needs. Did not offer and whole solution that fit the customers needs. When I said I did not want to use the title he went and emailed me that paperwork anyway. Please be cautious about this place. They must incentivize the sales agent to get the collateral. Needless to say, Im not trusting nor happy with the service I had received and will not be using their services. One main please do better!

5 /5 Jamie Arnold: Jill was fantastic!! Not only was she able to help me the need of emergency funds but she was beyond a delight! She was able to get my funds and keep my rates low with an even shorter term. Will be recommending Jill at one main to everyone
