A shimmering crown gem is Denise Zarilla, with 40 years of tax preparation experience. She made my overall experience quite enjoyable, and she really knows her stuff. Inside of the place feels way homier than any tax office, and the ambiance is equally homier than the spartan, sterile blandness of your average tax place. Five stars ALL the way.
