5 /5 Jim H: Great local bank where they warmly greet you when you enter, are polite throughout your transactions, and process your business in a timely fashion. We used to bank at the National City (then First Niagara) in Bill Green Shopping Center, but when it became Key Bank, the place became an utter debacle and we left after having been 14 year customers. At Northwest we don’t have any of the frustrations that we had at Key (irritable staff, “missing” transactions, and incorrect balances). The only negative we see at this location is the outdoor ATM (it’d be nice to have a more secure and enclosed area sheltered from the weather). It’s true that Northwest Banks are not as prevalent in the area, but the staff here make you feel so welcome that we decided customer service matters more than ubiquitous access with a larger and less customer-friendly bank.

1 /5 Haley Biernacki: I would never bank with Northwest again. Everyone is rude and unprofessional. If you overdraft one time in 10 years, they are not willing to refund you. Honestly the worst bank ever and if you look at reviews on Wallethub, you will find tons of people will similar things to say.

This tiffany lady told me I cannot make payments drive through because I have to make cash advance first. I asked her if she is new and yes she was new. They don’t know what they are doing. Go wash your face and come to work fresh. Everyone is so unprofessional and lazy here completely ignore.

5 /5 Marnie Sutch: My favorite NW branch. The manager is great. The tellers are funny, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Hours are convenient. Location is easily accessible. The customer support line is super supportive and responsive.
