5 /5 Joe Cable: Wendy was awesome! Kind and courteous. Extremely helpful and quick. And a side note,. While I was there, I noticed some folks complaining while there for service. Make sure you have everything you need before you get there. If you don’t while you’re there, don’t blame the staff there and leave angry. I called them before I went there to make sure I had everything I would need. And patience is a plus. Thanks again Wendy!

1 /5 Andrew Kosc: Used to be a good place to get notary work done. I drove from New Castle every time just to use them. The staff changed through the years and became unfriendly and acted as if the things I needed done was an inconvenience to them. I was “read the riot act” when I went to apply for antique plates for my grandmothers car I inherited which I barely drive. I was told I better not be doing this to avoid state inspections and I better not drive it more than once a week. I own 15 vehicles. Though not an expert, I know common sense when it comes to cars.

1 /5 Hosey’s392scat: Was extremely rude and seemed irritated. Did not want to help us out and said we couldn’t get a temp tags which I never heard of before, ever! If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible and most unprofessional place I’ve ever been too! Take your service somewhere else.

1 /5 Jim Roberts: I am very disappointed with this place. My wife and I stopped to transfer registration. My wife is dealing with brain cancer recovery and had to use a restroom.They would not i repeat not let her use restroom, which lead to a messy situation for me. This was very unexpectable. If you have a medical emergency for a bathroom at this place forget. i would go to a different notary. Those people had no compassion for her. VERY ,VERY VERY disappointed with this place... kept saying state law. When a person is dealing with cancer, there should be some exceptions..
