Even for those who may not be very financially savvy, they do an excellent job of simplifying terms and checking in often to make sure you understand whats happening with your money. Dave Wyckoff Kissling et al filed my 2018 federal tax return. In 2020, I received a letter from the IRS indicating that my 2018 was in error and I owed an additional $1900+ in taxes plus $139 in interest charge. I had Kissling review my return and they admitted to their oversight on my return. As a matter of good business practice, I expected Kissling to reimburse the $139 to me. They did not.

Curtis Griffith I absolutely love this branch. Everyone here is always so friendly, and greets me by name when I walk in. Unlike most banks and financial institutes, they actually care about their customers. Ive been going here for a few years, and definitely recommend them over every other bank / FCU around. I do wish I could remember names(Im sorry, Im horrible at remembering names) but the lady in the first office to the right is awesome. When it was raining, she walked me out to my car with an umbrella. Highly recommend this location.

Lynn Goldfarb I found the practices of this operation to be deceptive and dishonest. They represented themselves as a division of Fulton Bank (their office was located next to the Royer Dr, branch of Fulton Bank). In fact, they were Raymond James. They told me they would purchase treasury bills for me for free. I opened an account, believing they were Fulton Bank, but when I later contacted them to buy T-bills for me as agreed (and learned they were really Raymond James) they refused to buy the T-bills for me. They wanted to sell me something else they could get cut of. They said had a "fiduciary responsibility" to only make transactions/investments that were in "my best interest" That is to say, in their best interest. Bait and switch at its worst!

paige nealer Bob is great and his staff is always helpful. I have had my ira with them since i was 18. Very highly recommend.

Timothy Bannon I dont have the best credit or even history for that matter and Galaxy didnt hesitate to help. They are the most customer friendly company Ive had to do business with. I refer anyone I know thats trying to better their credit or to even get a loan to Galaxy. Theyll always be my monitary institution of choice.
