1 /5 Dar R: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DON’T OPEN ANY ACCOUNTS WITH THEM THEY DON’T APPRECIATE OUR BUSINESS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! I HAD A APPOINTMENT FOR 4:00 GOT THERE AT 330. THE TELLER ASKED ME DID I HAVE AN APPT I TOLD HIM YES HE TOLD THE MANAGER SHE SAID THANKS I WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM. SHE SET AT HER DESK SHE CAME OUT 1x AROUND 4:30 AND WALKED PAST US. SHE WENT BACK TO SIT AT HER DESK I ASKED THE TELLER WHO AM I WAITING ON I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 4pm HE STATED I LET THE MANAGER KNOW IM NOT SURE WHY SHE DIDNT COME OUT TO HELP YOU HE WAS CONFUSED. I TOLD HIM I WILL OPEN MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT SOMEWHERE ELSE SINCE MY BUSINESS ISNT APPRECIATED!!!! I WILL ALSO CLOSE EVERY ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE WILL THEM. I ASKED FOR THE CHEIF’S NUMBER AND I CALLED HIM THEY SAID HE WAS GONE FOR THE DAY. I WILL CALL EVERYDAY UNTIL I SPEAK TO HIM IF HE DOES NOT CALL ME BACK. THE TELLER SAID HE WAS CONFUSED ALSO BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT IN ANY MEETINGS OR ANYTHING. I NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS FROM ANY BANK AND I DEAL WITH A LOT OF DIFFERENT BANKS!
