1 /5 Dar R: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DON’T OPEN ANY ACCOUNTS WITH THEM THEY DON’T APPRECIATE OUR BUSINESS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! I HAD A APPOINTMENT FOR 4:00 GOT THERE AT 330. THE TELLER ASKED ME DID I HAVE AN APPT I TOLD HIM YES HE TOLD THE MANAGER SHE SAID THANKS I WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM. SHE SET AT HER DESK SHE CAME OUT 1x AROUND 4:30 AND WALKED PAST US. SHE WENT BACK TO SIT AT HER DESK I ASKED THE TELLER WHO AM I WAITING ON I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 4pm HE STATED I LET THE MANAGER KNOW IM NOT SURE WHY SHE DIDNT COME OUT TO HELP YOU HE WAS CONFUSED. I TOLD HIM I WILL OPEN MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT SOMEWHERE ELSE SINCE MY BUSINESS ISNT APPRECIATED!!!! I WILL ALSO CLOSE EVERY ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE WILL THEM. I ASKED FOR THE CHEIF’S NUMBER AND I CALLED HIM THEY SAID HE WAS GONE FOR THE DAY. I WILL CALL EVERYDAY UNTIL I SPEAK TO HIM IF HE DOES NOT CALL ME BACK. THE TELLER SAID HE WAS CONFUSED ALSO BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT IN ANY MEETINGS OR ANYTHING. I NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS FROM ANY BANK AND I DEAL WITH A LOT OF DIFFERENT BANKS! *** AFTER ****** The Manager Angela did give me a call to apologize.

1 /5 rell Woods: Brentwood location I need a manager or corporate to reach out to me bc this was ridiculous how I’ve been not only was I In the bank longer than intended but Jaylen found everything funny I will be back to close my account sense there isn’t a manager on the weekends and no one could do anything there without management is crazy I gave this man $9,982 in cash and this man said he could give me a blank cashiers check and then when I asked for my money back he tried saying he could give me back the cash I just handed him asking me more than once after I asked 3 times if he could return my cash he then deposited it into my account then tell me I have to wait for him to give em a large amount back like I didn’t just give him cash they are telling me they can’t locate proof of the last $9,000 I gave them a year or two ago so I was in the bank for a hut trying to find this cashiers check when all I wanted to do is buy another car this man James counting my money like I stole it and then not trying to give me back the cash I just out in this mans hands is crazy but the fact that no one manager was there is wild

1 /5 LiH1: Very disappointed with their customer service. I was transferred through 4-5 different loan officers for over 2 months just to be told they are denying my application after they already instantly approved us for over $20k. Both my fiancé and I have 700 and near 700 credit scores, jobs and a good payment history. I don’t believe we were given a fair chance and I wouldn’t recommend their business for anyone else.

1 /5 Shainelle Smith: Applied for auto loan fill out all information, they check my credit next day i get an email from Sheila O’Neill to send her my paystubs and i do that & she asks to call her, gave a call no answer so i send email to let her know i reached out with no answer. Ive called her multiple times with no answer & sent a second email and still til this day no contact from clearview or Sheila O’Neill the Consumer Loan Officer. If this the type of service you give i dont want it and advise everyone to bank somewhere else.

5 /5 Curtis Griffith: I absolutely love this branch. Everyone here is always so friendly, and greets me by name when I walk in. Unlike most banks and financial institutes, they actually care about their customers. Ive been going here for a few years, and definitely recommend them over every other bank / FCU around. I do wish I could remember names(Im sorry, Im horrible at remembering names) but the lady in the first office to the right is awesome. When it was raining, she walked me out to my car with an umbrella. Highly recommend this location.
