1 /5 Mary Lou K.: In early June I requested a copy of our Certificates of Insurance for my wife and myself, as we did not have one in our files. After numerous phone calls and a number of visits to their office I only received my wife’s copy. Again I called them numerous times and personally stopped by to get my copy, which should have been mailed with my wife’s. After being assured that it would be taken care of, I still haven’t received it. The lack of communication within the company is horrendous, and their customer service is even worse. Despite my telling them I would leave them a negative review, they didn’t seem to care. Why would anyone deal with Duncan Financial when they can’t even handle a very simple request for two copies of a Certificate of Insurance. We did not choose Duncan for our life insurance, they inherited us by purchasing another insurance agency. This has been a very disappointing experience.
