She introduced the proper standard in banking. Honestly in the longest time I dealt with the national banks and they were always difficult to deal with. Unfortunately, she left a long time ago but Russell’s team with Kayla and formerly Jacob has continued to always exceed my expectations. They’ve been the most polite, knowledgeable, and professional group of individuals that I’ve ever met. I have always left more than satisfied.

bryna freeman They do not return emails or phone calls. Be warned, if you use your car title as collateral for a loan, they will NOT give it back to you under any circumstances. My car needed thousands of dollars of repairs to pass inspection and I wanted to trade it in for a better car. They would not give me the title back to do a trade in, so I purchased another car and my old car is sitting in my driveway not being used and I cant sell it without the title. They told me when I signed up for the loan that if I needed the title back for any reason, they would work with me, however, I have been trying to "work with them" for months to come to a resolution and they dont return emails or phone calls. When I finally get someone on the phone, they tell me they will check what they can do and then never call back.
