5 /5 Mason Hunter: March of this year will be 8 years since my family and I have been banking with this specific location. One of the first teller’s I met was Diane Dekmar. She introduced the proper standard in banking. Honestly in the longest time I dealt with the national banks and they were always difficult to deal with. Unfortunately, she left a long time ago but Russell’s team with Kayla and formerly Jacob has continued to always exceed my expectations. They’ve been the most polite, knowledgeable, and professional group of individuals that I’ve ever met. I have always left more than satisfied.

5 /5 Willford Balmaceda: We have been baking in this particular branch for quite a while and it has been nothing but excellent. Even thru COVID-19, the staff has gone far and above, not only in being safe for but making sure to keep safety as a part of our "normal life." Mr. Russell has been always patient and attending in every way to our banking needs and the staff, especially Keyla, is always welcoming and very professional. Would not look anywhere else for our banking needs here in Wilkes-Barre.
