1 /5 Melanie Russo: This bank is absolutely terrible. My daughter had an account for two years and they just up and shut. It never sent out a notice never sent nothing I got a notice in the mail today because I called last week and asked what happened and they couldn’t give me an answer why they closed it and this isn’t the first time this has happened to somebody I know Through Huntington bank would never ever recommend them

1 /5 Ashlyn Price: Atm outside is located in their drive thru so its not very pedestrian safe/friendly. They are always short staffed and youre never able to get in to speak with someone to discuss what they cause. I would suggest banking with other banks. Their online tools arent helpful in anyway. They predate/postdate transactions which mess with your accounts so your transaction history isnt correct. Its just a big mess I would suggest pnc or citizens. Here at huntington they care about the customers money, when they should care more about the customer and the customers concerns.
