1 /5 Alaena Helt: We have used the atm at this location for years (and paid the fees). We needed some dollar bills after using the ATM to change out a few $20s. We were told that they do not do change for non customers. Not a great policy for fostering community goodwill and potential customers. We went next door to M&T with no problem and will be going there for our ATM purposes (or more) in the future.
1 /5 Elaine Winey: A bank teller refused me a service I was entitled to. I asked to speak to the manager and had to wait to talk to him for 20 minutes. When he arrived I had to argue with him that I had been slandered for 9 years by AA people and that I was a good person. I was being discriminated against because of the local slander. I won the argument and got the service to which I was entitled.

Brian OBoyle Cindy an Sue at this location are such a tremendous help. I’ve had dealings with Sue over the span of a few years and she’s always been super professional and goes above and beyond to help. This particular situation was the first time I’ve worked with Cindy but she was also very professional. It’s rare to get a good customer service like these to provide in this day and age definitely should be acknowledged they are both a tremendous asset to Community Bank
