5 /5 Brian OBoyle: Cindy an Sue at this location are such a tremendous help. I’ve had dealings with Sue over the span of a few years and she’s always been super professional and goes above and beyond to help. This particular situation was the first time I’ve worked with Cindy but she was also very professional. It’s rare to get a good customer service like these to provide in this day and age definitely should be acknowledged they are both a tremendous asset to Community Bank

1 /5 Gerard Hallas: Had a loan thru this bank . Everything and everyone down to the teller in Pittston is ignorant and incompetent. I cant stress this enough to stay far away from this place. I had the worst experience trying to set up a simple payment for a small loan . I tried to do online set up and got nowhere because they wont send the confirmation deposit to my bank and I had to wait 3 weeks for the online service to even recognize my account. I called customer service and they were ignorant and totally unhelpful. I ended up running out of time to pay my first payment so I went to the bank and the teller was by far the worst person I ever had to deal with and she couldnt get any way for me to pay that day . I went to my bank got a certified check to pay off this loan before it started to impact my credit and the same teller gave me the runaround to end this nightmare. This bank owes me money for my hours of wasted time and all the aggravation . I hope everyone reads this and stays away from this bank . To add to all of this my bank card came up with fraud from trying to pay at the bank , cheery on top of all . I have had many loans I have never been in this situation with any of them .
