First National Bank - Hermitage (PA)

1 /5 A Epps: The worse bank. I have a auto loan through them and they do not allow online banking for loans, can’t make any debit/credit card payments, can’t make over the phone payments until your 10-15 days late, only accept acct and routing number afterwards for payment or mailed check. It’s like they want you to be late. I tried to pay the bill pay via check one time, two checks at once actually, but they kept claiming they didn’t get the check after almost a month and so they towed my car. Next day they said one check came, but now I had $400 plus dollars in towing fees and I stopped payment on the second check and wired the funds instead because who knew when will they receive that one !

5 /5 Stephanie Faber: This is my favorite Bank to go to! They are the most helpful and friendly people for you to do your banking needs with! I never had a bad experience with anyone! I highly recommend this Bank but sorry to say that on April 19th the lobby will be closed but the drive thru and ATM will be open!

1 /5 Mike Wolak: cannot code a payment correctly to save there life...at the branch, mailed in.....doesnt matter. entering the correct information seems to be too much to ask....its only money right?? do the numbers even matter? this bank is a joke. worst bank in the western pa region.

1 /5 Kelly Potter: No surprise to see all the 1 star reviews here. These guys are common crooks. They will screw up your money then treat you like you have no recourse. They will lie, leave you on hold, disconnect the line. You will spend hours and months of your life trying to sort out their screw ups and get your money back. If ever. I’m not talking petty cash. I’d be in jail if I stole the amount of money these degenerates have.

1 /5 Nickol Cleary: Worst bank to go through for a vehicle loan. When the loan is paid in full and even after the vehicle is paid in full and address change submitted it is difficult to get the title. Title sent to wrong address and after 3 weeks the bank said there was nothing that could be done but wait. Do NOT deal with them....not one person that answers the phone was able to correctly transfer a call and all of them sound like they hate their jobs!!!
