Critchfield and Associates - Clairton (PA)

Isabella Brom 2/4/25 I had called the Hermitage location hoping I could get a last minute appointment for today due to only having fridays off of work and I’m in my probationary period. I luckily was able to get today off and was hoping to be seen because I’m a first time mom and my anxiety has been getting the best of me and just needed some reassurance and make sure everything is ok. Unfortunately, the Hermitage location had no availabilities to get me in today. I had called the Farrell location, and I wish I could remember her name, but the receptionist who I had spoke with was absolutely amazing! Not only was she able to get me an appointment for today, but she was super reassuring and didn’t make me feel like I was being a total pain at all for just wanting to make sure my baby was ok. I feel horrible that I don’t remember her name, but I sincerely am so grateful that I had the experience I did with her today. I wish every receptionist was like her

Edward Gayz Once again I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. I was greeted by every member of the office staff with either a smile or friendly hello. They made me feel like I was welcome and that me feel relaxed.

Danielle Moore I was looking for a very specific vehicle, found it online at Spitzer, my family and I drove 5.5 hours to purchase this vehicle and I am so glad we did. Stef Sprague was amazing to work with and the entire team made us feel so comfortable! I highly recommend!

Michele Swank I love all the employees at M&T Bank Shamokin. Doreen is my favorite tho. She is always smiling and cheerful. She always greets me by name when I come into the bank and always asks if there is anything else she can do for me.

Anna Ziegler Had to cancel because I lost my job and 2 months later they are still taking money out of my account and making me over drawn. Have called multiple times to get that money back and they have given me no response. If it was canceled 2 months ago I want that money back when I havent used your services.
