Weston Varnes My wife and I had 2 years of back taxes to file (totally our fault for dropping the ball) and hired Tom do them for us. It has been 6 months the IRS never received them said they were never sent in. He has completely stopped answering our phone calls, text messages, and emails. He surely had no problem taking our money for the “service” he provided.

velvet sky I call this lady she says we are not accepting new customers I hang up call again tell her I been there before she says withing this month I say no and she says we cannot do it...from what Im learning all the check cashing around me on cottman av are no good they say check cashing then give u the worst time cashing anything or there numbers no longer available hence waisting my time and gas driving there for them to say no...then Whyy" are there a check cashing place the one on Oxford and levick also said before we dont cash money orders ummm its a check cashing lol crazy then she kept repeating herself like Im deff

Chris Haught This is one of the better pawn shops Ive been to. The owner is super cool, and will carry on a conversation with you while you are buying or selling. Hes always been really fair in pricing when buying or selling. He doesnt try to knock you down on selling your stuff, his prices are great compared to other shops like his. Cool guy to talk to, great customer service and extremely friendly. This place is my go to for tools great selection!

J MJR I have no idea if this is a legit firm. Poor value, there is no performance return, all they do is act like a savings bank account but deduct amount in the form of various fee. The investment options they provide is poor. It seems more like they get our money and do their own investment and the customer gets no return. Plus their customer service runs like a family business - poorly trained unprofessional agents working from home and has no interest in providing you any information. They make you feel guilty for calling them and enquiring about your retirement investment. The pre-tax saving is not worth putting up with this seemingly con firm.
