1 /5 Rita Hawkins: Called agent for assistance with my client on the line to sort out insurance with him for the elderly client and he did not show me the same good faith respect that I had provided him by contacting him. Very bad business practice in attempting to assist the client.

1 /5 D S: EDIT: Mr. Zapp recently responded back to my review with a bogus smokescreen about client information and privacy, clear obfuscation from the legitimate fact that the owner of this establishment is exceptionally rude, abusive, and mentally unstable. JUST LOOK AT OTHERS REVIEWS! Was just on the phone with the apparent owner of this insurance agency and had this person go off on an unhinged diatribe towards me, a literal stranger on the phone, about an address on an insurance card. This gentleman was exceptionally abusive, disrespectful and wholly incompetent to perform customer service based business. If I could select fewer than 1 star as an option, I would.

1 /5 David: Mr Zapp was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would certainly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Not worth your time. ***Update. Mr Zapp recently responded to my original review with a flat out lie. Rather than rectify the situation, he came up with an elaborate story to try and make himself look good. This business is seriously trouble. I promise you it is not worth your time. Too many honest and professional insurance companies out there to settle for a dishonest and unprofessional company like this one.

1 /5 Bb: Doesn’t except money orders when insurance company said to bring one to mr zap so my boyfriend gave bad review then he came back to make payment and was told to find another insurance company and we did we went across the street to State Farm and saved over 50 dollars a month thanks mr zap for the advice :)
