1 /5 Candy Corn: I called this office because I wanted to change my federal income tax withholding, and I wanted help with the W-4 form. I made this very clear when I scheduled the appointment. I showed up to the appointment with all my documents and was told by Amy well nothing is standing out as looking off and she wanted to file my taxes first and then we could change my tax withholding. She didn’t file my taxes at that appointment she said she would call me when they were completed. Over a week later I receive a call that my taxes were completed and to come pay the invoice. I inquired about the W-4 form and was given the run around by the receptionist. I showed up to pay the invoice and explained the W-4 form was the purpose of the appointment. She explained Amy was busy with a client and couldn’t talk to me right now. I have called this office multiple times and I always get the run around, “Amy is busy filling taxes.” It has been over a month since I have last called the office, and I have not received a call back. I could have dropped my taxes off at H & R block, I went here because I needed help changing my tax withholding. It very sad that people continue to run dishonest businesses.
