Afterwards we had follow questions and she was always able to collaborate with Rhonda and bundle our home and auto policies after that too saving us even more money. If she didn’t know the answer, she would promise to call me back and I really appreciate that since she didn’t just make something up. We will continue to keep our business here for as long as possible.

However, when I called around to get new insurance I found out that my old insurance company did not do me any favors. It was so defeating. The quotes I was getting would have sent me into bankruptcy they were so high. Then my friend told me about Freeway. I’d never heard of them and did not know what to expect. I called on a Saturday morning and had insurance that afternoon. Melissa was my agent. She was so nice, so personable. She was relatable and I could tell she knew what she was talking about and wanted to help me. I am not joking I am paying $800 less than I was before and I have more amenities with my package. It doesn’t hurt to give them a call and get a quote. And if you take my advice ask for Melissa. I’m sure others are great there too. However, she said she would follow up with me in a week and literally 7 days later on the dot she called me to see how things were going. You do not get this kind of service anywhere anymore.
