CHADWICK ANDERSON The agent was very nice, polite and very good at explaining to me about the policy. If I had any question she would answer it and was not in a rush. I understood everything what she said and I enjoyed having her for my agent. Ive got great service from them. Ill tell everyone if anyone need any kind of insurance then visit this agency.

Margaret Lacey Berman I usually pay all of my insurance invoices directly on the Nationwide website. This year we were lucky enough to pay off our mortgage so I needed to pay our home insurance directly. The website had not been updated and would not permit me to pay the insurance invoice. So whenever I have an issue I call Frank Manos he always can help me with my insurance challenges. In a matter of minutes Frank updated the situation he was able to accept my payment (I did not want it to be late) and made sure I was set up for next years payment. Frank Manos has always been an outstanding insurance agent and it is a pleasure working with him.

Im not sure Ive written a review on Google, but that number is so absurd, I feel compelled to weigh in. Initially (several years ago) I asked for an insurance quote for for my truck because of a family members referral who had had a positive experience. Not only did I switch to State Farm through this agency for my truck, but also I added my wifes van and switched our homeowners policy to receive the multi-line discount. After a careful reading of the policies compared, we now enjoy superior coverage *and* saved close to $700/year. As with any insurance rates can change, so review frequently; but the kicker, in complete contrast with some other reviewers, repeatedly I have found their level of service to be exceedingly high. Because of that, it would take more than a minor savings to move me away from this agency.
