We knew that Bruce and the team were thorough and professional for the eight years that we went without a claim, but when tragedy struck us in the middle of the night, we saw the depth of knowledge and attention to detail that came from Whiting Insurance. While our house was on fire, I turned to my wife and said, “Call Bruce; that’s what he told us to do.” After the fire was out, we received a call from Bruce that was filled with compassion and a career’s worth of knowledge. He walked us through each step of the process, coaching us, educating us, and encouraging us. We would get a call every few days from Bruce checking in on us to see where we were in the process. I remembered one occasion where Bruce answered the phone while on vacation and talked with us for a few minutes before he told us he was on vacation. That showed us the dedication he has to helping get people back on their feet. Any time we had questions about our policy, Bruce would comb through the fine print of the policy to ensure we were set up for success. Thanks to the diligent work of Whiting Insurance, we were able to get a brand new home built in the same place where our house burned down in LESS THAN A YEAR! We can’t thank Whiting Insurance enough for their help in restoring our family’s home. It’s hard to even imagine the difficulties we would be navigating without their guidance.
