5 /5 Kenzie Palmer: The ATM is 24/7 and inside for those with debit cards. They have two ATMS and they allowed multiples of $1 instead of $20 like most ATMS. If you have any type of credit union account there will be NO ATM fees! Which is great! It’s private and clean inside.

1 /5 Alex: This credit union is terrible and doesn’t care at all for it customers that it calls “ members “or their loyalty . I would recommend never using them and I will be closing my account tomorrow. Find a bank that actually cares and appreciates their members if you can ( I know that’s a hard ask ) .

5 /5 Eileen Peet: I have had a Visions account since I was a child. As an adult , I use Visions for personal and business transactions. I frequent the Elmira and Horseheads locations weekly. The staff at both branches are AMAZING! So kind, polite, and knowledgeable. The staff at my Visions locations truly make my day every time I go in and I can’t say enough good things about them. Always smiling, always helpful. Thank you for being such a reliable banking institution.

4 /5 Gianna Jefferson: Very private and I feel comfortable managing my money here, super easy to access my account as well only issue I had was some staff could be a little rude but that’s not on the company.

1 /5 Margaret Markley: Don’t ever use this bank or any visions bank for that matter. They’ll take money out of your account and not give it back. I’ve had to change my card three times due to fraud and change my actual bank account number. I will definitely be closing every single bank account I have with them.
