1 /5 Michael Cleveland: Very poor customer service, you have to wait a minimum of 7 minutes on the phone before anyone e answers. Warning to not choose the option to have a representative call you back, because they wont and you end up re-calling and waiting another 7-10 minutes. Plus dont bother calling on a Saturday, there is no one in the offices.
There are a lot better choices for your banking needs. I for one love a bank that has excellent customer service. Im only leaving this feedback, because I was never able to reach a live teller. Its an honest review, dont believe me, try calling a few times and youll see that my review is spot on.
